Simon: Le Cordon Bleu Graduate Open's Award-Winning Restaurant

Simon, from China, graduated with an Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management (Cuisine) from Le Cordon Bleu. He’s now the Owner and Head Chef of ODÉ Bistro in North Adelaide, a restaurant known for its storytelling through food and award-winning cuisine. Adelaide’s creative energy and supportive food community helped Simon turn his passion into a culinary career.
