Entry Requirements

Flinders University recognises international secondary schooling for direct entry to undergraduate programs.

SACE stage two mathematical methods or equivalent. Knowledge of SACE stage two physics or equivalent is assumed.

Course Details

The Mechanical Engineering component of this course is a comprehensive, accredited degree providing both a theoretical and a real-world practical basis for designing and developing complex mechanical devices. Specialise in one of five areas - Advanced Mechanical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Systems, Materials Engineering, Maritime Engineering, and Advanced Manufacturing and Digital Design.

The engineering management component combines the problem-solving and technical design ability of engineering with executive organisational skills and the planning power of business and management; The Mechanical Engineering component of this course is a comprehensive, accredited degree providing both a theoretical and a real-world practical basis for designing and developing complex mechanical devices.
