Our world has much to offer young women who are entering an era of change, complexity and opportunity. The senior years at Walford empowers girls to be “world ready” by providing diverse and tailored pathways that will lead to a range of career paths including those not yet envisaged. During their final years of schooling, soon-to-be graduates come to realise that they can indeed shape their own futures in their quest to lead fulfilling lives of meaning and purpose.

A broad range of subjects and pathways are available at Walford, enabling students to discover their strengths and interests as they prepare for tertiary and career possibilities. Not every student will know what career she will pursue beyond school but she will be guided to develop a portfolio of skills, knowledge, capabilities and attributes that will prepare her for the many pathways she will experience in the future.
