Thursday 12 March to Friday 20 March 2026
StudyAdelaide will manage, book, and pay for your flight bookings via our selected travel agent. Flights will be return flights from your home country to Adelaide only.
To ensure all participants arrive in Adelaide to start the program on time, there is no flexibility on your arrival into Adelaide. You cannot visit other cities prior to the famil start.
If you wish to visit other cities post famil, please commence discussions with us as early as possible to avoid costly changes to flight itineraries. Please also note that visiting other cities post famil will mean that you forfeit your StudyAdelaide funded return flight, and the replacement return flight will be at your own expense.
Your visa support letter from StudyAdelaide will only cover the dates of travel that you will be in Adelaide.
It is strongly recommended that you have travel insurance, which is your responsibility to arrange.
No.
You will need to apply for your own visa. We ask that you begin your visa application process immediately upon receiving confirmation of your registration. Your market coordinator will provide a letter of support and flight confirmation details as quickly as possible to support your application.

If you application is with home affairs and waiting for a response, we will discuss this with you individually and assess on a case by case situation.
