StudyAdelaide invites all international students in Adelaide to join us for a Mindfulness and Meditation Session.

Start your Friday the right way with a guided meditation for 30 minutes.

We offer a range of simple loosening exercises for relieving physical stress and restoring energy.

By the end of this session you will experience a deep level of calm along with feelings of wellbeing and restored energy.

Our sessions will be hosted on:
