Ishini: A Journey from TAFE SA Student to Pizza Chef

Ishini, from Sri Lanka, graduated with a Certificate IV in Kitchen Management and a Diploma of Hospitality Management from TAFE SA. She’s now working as an Assistant Pizza Chef at One Sneaky Cheetah, where she thrives in a fast-paced open kitchen. Inspired by her sister’s journey and drawn to Adelaide’s vibrant hospitality scene, Ishini built strong industry skills through hands-on learning and found community through student events and networks.
