Adelaide is the capital city of South Australia, and is the fifth largest capital city in Australia. 

It lies on the Adelaide Plains, nestled between the Gulf St Vincent coastline to the west and the low-lying Mount Lofty Ranges to the east.

It's easy to get to Adelaide. 

Adelaide is a 2-hour flight from Sydney (the capital city of New South Wales) and a one hour flight from Melbourne (the capital city of Victoria). 

There are direct national flights to Adelaide from every capital city in Australia, and many direct flights to Adelaide serviced by the world’s best international airlines including China Southern Airlines, Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines, Emirates, Air Asia, Fiji Airways, Malaysia Airlines, Air New Zealand, Cathay Pacific, Qantas International and JetStar International.

Domestic flight carriers to Adelaide include Qantas, Virgin Australia, and Jetstar.
