Mercedes College

The College is nestled in the foothills overlooking Adelaide’s CBD with a view across to the sea. Mercedes’ grounds have picturesque gardens, contemporary and traditional buildings and facilities including a Performing Arts Centre, two gymnasiums, tennis courts, and playing fields.

Mercedes College has been educating international students for 40 years and has wonderful support for students, including dedicated staff tasked with looking out for student’s welfare and academic needs. Caring homestay families are part of the school community and are required to live within a 20 minute drive away from the school.

Each student at Mercedes uses a MacBook Air Laptop for the duration of their time at the College, has access to an extensive and successful sport program, has access to an extensive and successful sport program, the International Baccalaureate Diploma and the SA Certificate of Education, and a highly regarded drama, film and music program. Languages offered include French, Indonesian, Chinese and Spanish and we teach Outdoor Education and have school camps and retreats at most year levels. Both short and long term study stays are available, featuring flexible, tailored English support programmes.
