Many activities are free of charge for international students. If there is a cost, it will be shown on the event information.
Payment will be made directly with the event provider. Electronic payment options will be provided at the time of booking.
Bookings are made directly with the event organiser. Click 'Register' on the event you would like to attend to start the booking process.
No, but please remember to notify the event organiser in advance if you can no longer attend.
It is best to check with your school and homestay family before booking any activities. They can advise you on the best process for payment and any other considerations.
Booking closure dates will vary dependent on the activity. We will list when booking close on our website.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer transport and you will be required to make your own way to and back from any events.
All structured activities will be supervised by adults. These adults will all have up-to-date working with children checks.

If you were an international school student in 2020 you are welcome to attend the activities offered in the program. If you are graduating in 2020 and over 18 you are also welcome to attend the tertiary student program as well.
If you were an international school student in Adelaide in 2020 you are welcome to attend Summer in Adelaide events and activities.
Events and activities listed on the school students event page are exclusively for school students only.
Events held at venues that are open to the general public may have over 18 year old’s present, so please discuss with your school and/or homestay family before you register.
If you need to cancel your attendance at an event, please contact the event organiser that you originally registered with. The cancelation policy may vary across activities according to the providers own policy.
Please let the event organiser know using the contact details on their website. You will still be able to participate in many activities if you are slightly late.
You are welcome to bring your host family along to the Movie Night at Flinders University on 12 January. This will be a great opportunity to relax and watch a movie with your host family, with complimentary movie snacks provided.
For other activities, your host family may be able to participate, however they would need to contact the event organiser to check the cost (subsidies/vouchers are only available for international school students)
