The Government of South Australia has set an ambitious target to double international student enrolments to 71,000 by 2030 and increase the value of the sector to AUD $3 billion. The International Education Office in the Department for Trade, Tourism and Investment is focused on boosting the South Australia's competitiveness in attracting international students.

South Australian Training Advocate

The South Australian Training Advocate is an independent, statutory office that provides advice, advocacy and support for students, apprentices and trainees, employers and training providers. The Training Advocate provides a range of confidential and independent services, at no cost, including dedicated services to international students.

SACE International

The South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) is an internationally recognised secondary school qualification taught across all schools in South Australia. Since 1982, SACE has been taught around the world with more than 40,000 students awarded the SACE International Certificate at schools in China, Vietnam, Malaysia and Vanuatu. Students who complete SACE International are given an Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) score; a ranking used by universities around the world to assist them in selecting students for courses, including all universities in Australia.
